Our Installation Process

How do we do it? What do you need? Let us guide you!

What YOU Need

If you are a MA resident, your building permit will be pulled by us.

You as the customer are responsible for providing us with the paperwork needed in order to pull the building permit. You can acquire this information from your town hall.

Each town is different but almost all of them require an engineered stamped plot plan of the property showing the existing home.

Some towns require that the plot plan be stamped by the engineer of where the pool will go. Most of the time we are able to take the existing stamped plot plan of the home and sketch ourselves where you have decided where the pool will go. Again, each town varies.

You will also be responsible for the permit cost as it is not included in our contract. To acquire the cost please contact your town.

Once the permit is pulled, then we can start our installation process!

Let’s Start Diggin’

Install Schedule

Our install schedule is a first come first serve basis.

This means that whoever’s pools/permits are delivered/completed first, we can start installing.

Sometimes pools get delivered faster than permits get finished, so this would mean that delivery comes before excavation.

Other than that, our typical install schedule typically looks like this:

  1. Delivery

  2. Excavation

  3. Plumbing/Backfill

  4. Pool collar upon completion

Since these pools are pre-manufactured fiberglass shells, they are favorited in the installation category against liners and gunite/concrete.

To start our install process we need:

  1. The building permit completed and paid for

  2. 8ft of clearance to the backyard or whereover you are planning to install your pool - Sometimes this requires removing part of your enclosed fence

  3. All tree stumps removed

  4. Ledge/large rocks can be removed at an additional cost
